BH48

BH48 is a commercial-grade adjustable table legs produced by Foshan Simple Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of stainless steel kitchen equipment components in Foshan, Guangdong, China. The model belongs to our Western gravity foot series program and is supplied factory-direct to equipment builders, kitchen contractors, importers and wholesalers. Every unit is checked for thread accuracy, base flatness and finish before packing, and each carton carries the model number, thread code and quantity for fast receiving.

Design and construction. The body of BH48 is machined and formed in our own plant rather than traded, which keeps dimensional tolerance consistent from batch to batch. The load path runs from the equipment base plate through the threaded stud into the foot body and base pad, so the rated capacity of the assembly is governed by the series load class rather than by the fixing screw alone. Base pads are selected for the floor type: hard nylon or steel for wash-down areas and heavy point loads, softer compounds where tile or epoxy floors must not be marked. Edges are deburred and, on stainless versions, passivated to slow surface corrosion in humid kitchens.

Where it is used. Buyers typically specify BH48 under refrigerated cabinets, cooking equipment, worktables, shelving and display cases. In refrigeration the foot must hold its set height under compressor vibration; on cooking lines it must tolerate heat辐射 from undershelves and repeated wash-down; on prep tables the fine adjustment of the standard height class of the series is what lets a line of tables sit perfectly level so pans and boards do not rock. Because the same family is used across a whole kitchen, we keep the thread and base-pad options aligned between models so a facility can standardize on one supplier.

How to specify it. Start from the equipment weight: divide the loaded weight by the number of support points and compare the result with the series load class, keeping a safety margin for dynamic loads when equipment is moved or bumped. Then confirm standard thread options for the series against the tapped hole or weld nut on the equipment, and choose the adjustment range so the installed height covers your floor unevenness plus any code-required clearance under the unit. If you are replacing an existing part, send us a photo with a ruler or the old sample itself — we match thread pitch, stud length and base diameter and quote the equivalent or improved version.

OEM, packing and logistics. BH48 can be produced to your drawing: custom thread, stud length, base diameter, base compound and finish, with your brand on the carton. Minimum order quantity starts at 100 pieces for stock specifications and is quoted per drawing for custom work. Units are packed in inner boxes then export cartons with corner protection; pallets are wrapped and strapped for container transport.
